The right of being addressable
Across the Federal Chancellery - the opponents of the government: The Embassy of Concerned Citizens, opened on February 9, 2000, took its right of being addressable by assigning itself a house number - Ballhausplatz 1A. This address is also referred to as their contact address by "Radio Widerhall", a feature broadcast by Radio Orange. According to their homepage "if sent by registered mail it will definitely arrive." Quite obviously, for some being addressable is not necessarily connoted with being eligible for military service or having to pay taxes but, on the contrary, a most desirable asset.
